I want mushroom spawn or training or mushroom products.

In How many days my products shall be delivered ?

You shall receive the tracking details of your order on mail and phone. It takes 1-2 days for the orders to be packed & dispatched. Once dispatched you shall receive the tracking details. It takes 7-10 days to deliver the product. In case of any further query you can mail us on bm@bmmushroom.com or call/whatsapp us on +917363970073

Will my product remain safe in transit or shipping ?

We pack the products in such a way that it remains healthy during shipment. The product can easily withstand shipment duration upto 2 weeks,In case of any damage or issue with the product, you can report the same withing 24hr of delivery and we will replace the item.For mushroom spawn, after delivery please remove the spawns from the package and store it in clean and cool area for few days before use. How to access my Training Course

Please check the mail for login instruction. Download the BM MUSHROOM App in Android Playstore or Apple Store and access the course in the Program Section. You can also access the same using any browser in Mobile/PC/TAB/SMART TV etc.It generally takes 24 hours to activate the course. You will receive mail with all the instruction in that period.
